Quality and service promise |
1. We will appoint technicians to the spot following the demands of users to resolve questions in check procedures and assist installation debugging of users, offer technical materials installation and 24 months spare rapid wear parts.
2. Unpacking check when products arrived, users can cancel the orders if the quality is not meet the demands of owners or damaged in transport. All charges are up to ours.
3. If the products can not reach the demand of users with big quality defect in standard operation circumstance, users can require for exchange and rejection. All charges are up to ours.
4. We offer 24 months warranty period.
